The issue in this case is whether a trial court may award consequential damages arising from breach of an express warranty for design requirements, when the contract in question limits the aggrieved partys damages to repair or replacement only for workmanship and materials defects. We hold that the trial court correctly interpreted and enforced the parties agreement and, therefore, affirm.
