Divorce -- alimony, suit money, fees, and encumbrance on homestead -- enforcement by contempt proceedings. Only in so far as an order calls for payments for temporary alimony, suit money, and attorney's fees, made in an application by the wife in a suit for limited divorce, can the order be enforced by proceedings against the husband as for contempt. He cannot by contempt proceedings be compelled to pay encumbrances against his homestead, especially where such homestead is not indispensable for the shelter of the wife.
